Step-by-Step Shipping Process
- Contact Us First (Required)
Before sending any parts, please contact us by phone or through our [contact form]. We’ll confirm your service type, provide a quote if needed, and give you a service intake number to include with your shipment. Remove the Parts from Your Engine
Only send the injectors or carburetors—do not ship the entire engine or unrelated parts. If you’re unsure about removal, we recommend having a mechanic assist you.Clean Off Excess Grease and Fuel
Wipe down your parts to remove any excess oil or fuel. While we’ll be deep-cleaning them, it’s important for safe and secure shipping.
How to Package Your Parts
- Fuel Injectors:
Wrap each injector individually in bubble wrap or foam to protect the nozzle tips. Place them in a sturdy box with additional padding to avoid movement during transit. - Carburetors:
Drain any remaining fuel. Wrap the entire unit securely with bubble wrap or foam. Use packing paper or cushioning material to prevent it from shifting inside the box. - Don’t forget:
- Include your name, phone number, return address, and the service intake number we provide.
- You may also include notes or specific concerns you want us to check.

Turnaround Time
Once we receive your parts, most cleanings are completed within 1–3 business days. We’ll contact you if we find any issues or if additional work is needed. Once finished, we’ll ship the cleaned parts back to you using your preferred shipping method or the one we agreed on.
